1. The editor-in-chief, editorial staff, and members of the journal’s editorial board should not disclose information about the article to anyone other than the author(s), assigned and potential reviewers, other editorial staff, and (if necessary) the publisher.

2. Unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts should not be used by the editor-in-chief, editorial staff, members of the editorial board for personal purposes, or transmitted to third parties (without written consent of the author(s).

3. Since during the publication preparation process personal information of the authors, in accordance with the law, is used by the editorial board of the journal, it is guaranteed that this information will not be disseminated, about what a corresponding agreement may be made at the request of the author.
